A tech start-up based out of Sligo, Ireland, Frankli needed a simple solution to a complex challenge: Carve out a unique brand idea amongst a competitive set literally hundreds of companies deep; then bring its HR software to life in a way that would drive interest in live demos.

While the Frankli team originally wanted a software tour video, I managed to convince them to go with something more conceptual. How? By reframing the business challenge as one that required a hearts-to-minds approach, rather than the other way aroundLuckily, they went for it and avoided going to market with the typical 9-minute software tour so common amongst competitors.
