This was the first TVC brief I ever got to work on. I had a blast collaborating with David Milligan-Croft, who took me under his wing and taught me the subtleties of making an homage work in a foreign culture. Given this spot aired for years, and is more readily recalled by most Irish people than Bill & Ted’s bogus adventure with the Grim Reaper, it’s safe to say David’s lessons were solid. They were certainly never forgotten.
